» General Care: Clean with a warm, damp cloth and a little detergent. Do not soak or put in the dishwasher. Do not use as a cutting surface. Pro tip: We like to polish them every so often with a tiny bit of coconut oil or some beeswax-based sealant to keep them shiny.
